NACHOS
Fresh corn tortilla chips smothered with Peruvian beans, jack and Oaxacan cheese. Topped with freshly made pico de Gallo, guacamolito salsa, roasted Chile de arbor dip, cotija cheese, marinated red onions, cilantro and sour cream. Add your choice of protein for an additional charge.
GUACAMOLE
Fresh guacamole combined with our house made pico de Gallo. Topped with quest fresco, diced tomato, and cilantro. Served with a side of crispy pork rinds.
DRAGON ROLL
Fried California roll, cucumber, onions, jalapeño, crab meat, cream cheese, spicy mayo, teriyaki, shrimp tempura, toasted sesame seed.
KALICHI ROLL

QUESADILLA
Our soft flour tortilla is golden to perfection, filled with melted jack and Oaxacan cheese, buttery corn, roasted red bell peppers, with a side of guacamole, roasted Chile de arbor dip, and pico de Gallo.

MOLCAJETE

CARNE ASADA

Traditional dish at Kalaveras. Combine marinated strips of beef or chicken, bell pepper medley, sweet potato fries, aji verde, served with white rice, chimichurri and tortillas.
